Stay conditions
- Booking confirmed with a 50% deposit
- Balance due 30 days before arrival; if the booking is made within 30 days of the check-in date, the total amount is required upon confirmation
- Payment via bank transfer
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in
- Final Cleaning: 200 €
- Tourist Tax: 2 € per day for each guest
- Security deposit: 600 € refunded within 6 days of departure following a property inspection
